Our story began in 2008, when Asma Mohran, founder and regulated Canadian immigration consultant (RCIC) at Lakeview Immigration Services, embarked on her journey to Canada. From a visitor status to a study permit, to spousal sponsorship followed by permanent residence, to finally receiving her Canadian citizenship. It was her firsthand experience that nourished her interest in Canadian immigration and citizenship. Her appreciation of Canada’s multiculturalism and recognition of the significant value that immigrants bring, not only to the Canadian labour market but also to the Canadian culture and heritage, is what lead her to this career.
Asma has been working in the immigration and settlement field for more than 5 years. She holds a BA degree in Linguistics and Translation from Kuwait university, an MA degree in Communication Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University, and an MA degree in Linguistics from York University. While the quest for knowledge and professional development has always been at the forefront of her life goals, she wanted to commit herself to help people across the world make Canada their home.
Asma earned her Canadian Immigration Consultant certificate from Humber College and is licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants of Canada (CICC) to represent clients on immigration matters. She is also a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC).
Our Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), Asma Mohran, is bilingual in English and Arabic and is pleased to communicate with clients in either languages. While Lakeview Immigration Services is currently located in the Greater Toronto Area in Canada, our services extend to customers in the Middle East, Asia, Europe, and around the world.
